Then it’s staged: towels folded, bed styled, lights and thermostat set to a welcoming default. Before the cleaner leaves, a damage and maintenance check flags anything broken, stained, or running low so you hear it from us — not from the next guest. On request, we send photo confirmation of the finished unit so you have proof it was guest-ready before check-in.
